If you live with FA you know how hard it is having to explain your medical situation repeatedly to healthcare professionals. It is even harder when the healthcare professionals speak a different language. FA Europe surveyed 130 people in our patient community in 2021 to find out what a Patient Passport should contain.
The result is an FA Europe Patient Passport and also an Alert Card that you can download as fillable PDF forms in 11 European languages. Both contain a QR code linked to the Fanconi Cancer Foundation’s Clinical Care Guidelines.
