Building on the momentum of recent discussions in the regular Fanconi Anaemia Virtual Tumor Advisory Board (VTAB) meetings, Fanconi Anaemia Europe (FA Europe) would like to invite you to an open Virtual Tumor Advisory Board online session on January 27th, 17:30 to 19:00 CET. As our FA patients thankfully live longer, we anticipate an increasing number of late-diagnosed or unresectable tumors requiring adjuvant treatment.
The aim of this session is to discuss the role of radiotherapy in Fanconi Anaemia, including strategies to minimize treatment-related side effects—such as individualized radiosensitivity testing, the use of proton therapy and photobiomodulation therapy.
